This notice describes what we collect when you visit this site or send us a message, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you provide. Server logs may record your IP address, browser user agent and the time of the request. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The site uses a privacy-respecting analytics signal to count visits; no personal profile is built.
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to discharge our professional obligations. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with any third party for marketing. Aggregated, anonymous traffic figures may be referenced internally to improve the site.
Unresolved enquiries are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted. Where an attorney–client relationship is formed, file retention follows the rules of the Bar Council of India and applicable law, typically seven years from the close of the matter.
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Where the law allows deletion, we will action the request within thirty days. Write to sunitha@sindhole.com to make any such request.
